Poncho was born where the north of Argentina meets the south of Brazil, empanadas next to coxinhas, one menu, two homelands. Every bite is handmade from scratch, from the dough to the filling, using the recipes and techniques we grew up with.

We wanted Lexington to taste what we love most about home and made sure there’s a plant based option for everyone at the table, too.
